International Delivery

Ireland Airmail (up to 10 days after dispatched) £2.95

Orders to all countries (excluding the UK & Ireland) will only be sent by International Signed For Delivery, to ensure delivery and insurance for lost orders.

Returns

It is very important that you are happy with your purchase but if for some reason you would like a refund or exchange please email your full name and reason for wanting either to returns@zarataylor.co.uk.

Earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

A refund or exchange can only be requested within 14 days of dispatch. Please note that any time after 14 days a refund cannot be accepted. All refunds and exchanges must be returned to:
